Ingredients:

180g pearl potatoes

100g green beans

2 medium eggs

10g Light butter

Method:

Method:

1. Bring pan of water to the boil

2. Place the eggs in the boiling water and cover and leave for 3-5 minutes depending on how you would like your eggs.

3. Remove and eave the eggs to cool

4. Add potatoes and green beans to the boiling water, cover and leave for 15 minutes or until soft, 

5. Remove potatoes and green beans from water and place in container with a lid, add the butter and seasoning of your choice and shake to cover all potatoes in butter coating

6. De-shell eggs, chop up and add to the potatoes and green beans.
