Scrambled Egg Brunch
Ingredients:
2 Turkey Sausages
2 Large eggs
60g Mushrooms
1/2 Red onion
Handful Spinach
2 Slices of nimble hovis
Reduced Fat Garlic sauce
10 sprays low calorie spray oil
Method:
1. Pre heat oven and cook sausages as per packaging
2. Heat pan on medium-high and spray with oil
3. Add chopped mushrooms and onions and cook until soft
4. Add spinach
5. Make scrambled egg (I make mine in the microwave because im lazy)
6. Combine egg and veg together and add seasoning of choice (garlic salt)
7. Add chop and add sausages
8. Make toast and serve
