Saturday Sweat - Double and Half

This workout has 7 little rounds, each round has 2 exercises that we start of by doing 8 reps of the first and 2 reps of the second over and over again for a minute, we then reduce the time for circuit 2, we then go again but HALF the reps for circuit 3, and reduce the time one last time for the final circuit.
