Full Body - No Repeat 4.0

Another No Repeat workout to finish the month strong. For this full body workout we have 30 exercises that we do once and do not repeat again! Each exercise we do for 40 seconds with a quick 20 seconds rest in between before we move onto the next one! We do 10 exercises then have a bit of a longer rest before moving onto the next 10.
