Upper Body - HIIT - Pyramid

5 upper body focused pyramids that will also get that heart rate up and leave you sweaty! Each pyramid has four exercise, exercise one for 20 seconds, exercise two for 30 seconds, exercise three for 40 seconds and the top of the pyramid, exercise four is for 50 seconds. You then work your way back down to exercise one to make one pyramid.
