Upper Body - STRENGTH - Dumbbell Mini Rounds

Starting off this workout with a AMRAP challenge, 3 exercises, 6 reps of each as many times as possible. The main workout has 4 different mini rounds of different exercises. Round one and four we have 3 exercises where we work for 30 seconds, rest for 10 and repeat three times in total. Round two and three we have four exercises but we work for 20, rest for 10 and we repeat these four times each. Finish off with a savage song to burn out those arms.
