Ingredients:

4 Heck chicken sausages 

70g mushrooms

Small red onion

2 Medium eggs

Half avocado

1 slice of whole-wheat bread

10 sprays of low cal oil

Method:

1. Heat pan on high heat with spray oil

2. Add sausages and leave to cook for 10 minutes (can also cook the sausages in the grill)

3. Add chopped mushrooms and onions to the pan and cook until softened (add salt and seasoning of your choice—mines garlic salt)

4. Make your eggs (I like poached but can be fired or scrambled)

5. Add half an avocado to toasted bread

6. Put It all together on a plate and enjoy!
