Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 Medium eggs
1.5 Medium bananas
40g Protein powder
1/4tsp Baking powder
Toppings:
Low sugar syrup
50g Grapes
50g Strawberries
Method:
1. Put a pan on the hob on a medium heat
2. Separate egg whites and whisk together for 2 minutes (Until fluffy)
3. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl, slowly fold in the fluffy egg whites until all combined together
4. Spoon mixture into frying pan, cook each side for 2-3 minutes and flip when the top of the pancakes are starting to bubble.
5. To assemble put some skinny food co syrup on top of each pancake and cut the fruit and place it around your pancakes
