Full Body - Dumbbell Mix It Up

Grab some dumbbells, tin cans or water bottles and get ready to sweat! For this Mix up we have four different sections today, section one is all about cardio, no weights needed but will get that heart rate up. Section two is a 6 minute EMOM (every minute on the minute) with two different exercises. Section three is three different 2 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) rounds, then we finish off with a 40,30,20 with three exercises.
