Full Body - High and Low

For High and Low we do an exercise up high for 40 seconds straight into 30 seconds of an exercise down low on the floor. We have 8 different rounds in total to make up the circuit. This workout also has a few ladders in there to start us off, keep that heart rate high in the middle and challenge us at the end as a little finisher!
