Full body HIIT - Build it up

Build it up is a full body HIIT workout that consists of 3 different rounds. Each round you start with one exercise for 30 seconds, then you add another exercise for 30 seconds and you keep building this up until you have 5 exercises back to bac for 30 seconds each. We then scrap these exercises and start again for round two.
