Lower body Strength - Dumbbell supersets

Our lower body strength workout is made up of 5 supersets in each round. Each superset is one 30second exercise with dumbbells followed by a 30 second body weight exercise working the same muscles. The whole workout is made up of 4 circuits and your legs will be jelly by the end!!
