Lower Body - HIIT - 40/30/20

10 exercises that are all aimed at keeping that heart rate up and working those muscles in our lower bodies. Round one we do each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest, round two is 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest and the last round for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest. Little squat finisher to really feel the burn!
