Lower Body - STRENGTH - Booty Burn

Grab your resistance band and weight if you have them and get ready to feel the burn! We start off with a glute warm up to fire up those muscles, the main workout is 3 rounds of 40-20 with 2 exercises in each round that we repeat twice. Finally finishing with a spicy glute burnout which includes a one minute glute bridge!!
