Lower Body - STRENGTH - Dumbbell EMOM

Grab some dumbbells, tin cans or water bottles for this killer lower body EMOM (every minute on the minute). Going to start with a 3 minute devils AMRAP, 3 exercises, 6 reps of each as many times as possible in 3 minutes. Then for the main workout we have 6 minute EMOM rounds, at the start of the minute you complete the set reps as quick as you can and then jog for the rest of the minute as active recovery. Finishing off this workout with a killer squat finisher.
