Upper Body - HIIT - EMOM

With only 5 exercises to focus on in the workout this is all about pushing your mind as well as your body. EMOM means every minute on the minute you start the next exercise. 15 reps of each exercise followed by a cardio exercise for the rest of the minute. 5 minutes of non-stop work with a minute rest at the end. 5 rounds in total!
