Lower body HIIT - 40/30/20

This is a very tough 30 minute lower body HIIT workout and will get that heart rate up HIGH! We have 10 different exercises in this workout and each round we change the time. Round one we do each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest and once we have done all 10 exercises we have a minute to fully rest, grab some water and get ready for round two. Round two each exercise is done for 20 seconds with only 15 seconds rest and then the third and final round is 20 seconds of exercise with only 10 seconds of rest! Grab some water and a towel because this one is SAVAGE!
