Dumbbell HIIT - Five by Five

Grab yourself some dumbbells or something that will give you equal resistance in each hand and prepare to sweat. This workout has 5 rounds in each 5 minute circuit, each round is made up of a 30 second strength exercise with our dumbbells, followed straight away by a 20 second cardio exercise with 10 second rest. 5 rounds with different exercises, a quick 20 second rest and then we repeat this circuit 5 times round. I throw in some level up options as we go so either join me on these or stick to the first round exercises. Do what you can and try to keep moving!!
