Baked Oats
Ingredients:
45g Oats
25g protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Half banana
125ml milk
15g peanut butter
50g strawberries
Method:
1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
2. Mix the oats, protein powder and baking powder together in a bowl making sure they are mixed in well
3. In another bowl mix banana, milk and peanut butter until combined
4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together
5. Pour into a small baking dish
6. Bake for 20 minutes
