Naked Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
2 turkey burgers
50g broccoli
50g cauliflower
25g spinach
Lettuce leaves
15g light cheddar cheese
Method:
1. Use a grill / George foreman on 180 degrees to cook the turkey burgers for 12-15 minutes until hot all the way through
2. Chop up the broccoli and cauliflower and microwave with 1 tbsp of water for 5 minutes.
3. Add spinach and microwave for further 1 minute
4. Add cheese to burgers for last 2 minutes on the grill so it starts to melt
5. Create “buns” out of lettuce leaves and serve
