Turkey Stir Fry

Ingredients:

150g diced turkey breast

80g Singapore rice noodles

70g Chow Mein stir-fry sauce

50g broccoli

50g carrots

50g red onion

20g spinach

10 sprays of light oil

Method:

1. Heat pan on high add the spray oil

2. Cook the turkey breast for about 10 minutes, until cooked all the way through (no pink bits)

3. Add the noodles, sauce and chopped veg and mix and simmer until the veg begins to soften

4. Keep mixing it all together, once you are happy with the softness of the vegetables you are ready to serve.
