Tomato Turkey Pasta
Ingredients:
150g turkey breast
80g whole-wheat pasta
100g tinned chopped tomatoes
20g tomatoe puree
1 tsp paprika
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cook chicken breast with desired spices (or get pre-spiced chicken breast) for 15-20 minutes until cooked all the way through
2. Heat pan on high heat, bring water to boil and cook pasta
3. Blend together tomatoes, puree and paprika
4. Empty the water from the saucepan once pasta is cooked and add the sauce. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Once chicken is done add to the saucepan and leave for a further 5 minutes
6. Once mixed well its ready to serve.
