Core HIIT - 10/15 EMOM

This EMOM HIIT style workout is great to really taregt your core but also keep that heart rate up and get you sweaty! Each round is 5 minutes, at the start of each minute you complete either 10 or 15 reps of a core exercise and then finish off the minute with a cardio exercise. After each round you get a minute to rest and then we repeat all 5 core exercises again but each round we switch up the cardio exercise. Repeat the round four times in total for a 30 minute workout.
