Full body HIIT - Non-stop mini rounds

For this Saturday Sweat we have some non-stop rounds to get that heart rate up. For the first round we have 3 exercises that we do back to back for 60 seconds each, we then repeat these same exercises for 45 seconds each and then one last time for 30 seconds each to complete the round. We have three different rounds in total and then a spicy little finisher at the end to really finish off the workout with a BANG!!
