Upper body HIIT - 20/10

This upper body HIIT is nice and simple. 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest with 2 different exercises per round. One focuses on upper body strength and one is to raise that heart rate! 6 different rounds in total and you will be feeling the burn in those arms by the end of it!
